I probably applied to this location about two months ago. I got a call from the manager saying they were hiring for part time cashiers and offered me an interview. I immediately got a weird vibe from this manager though because she sounded so unsure of what she was doing over the phone. I show up to the interview early and was surprised about it since the person before me didn’t show up. I waited for 5 minutes then she sat down where I was sitting and started mentioning the aspects about the job. Immediately she starts complaining about her current crew and what they don’t do right. She barely asked me any questions about myself except my prior position. Overall I felt like she was very unprofessional and didn’t get a good vibe from her or the place itself.
The interview process was very quick and efficient. I was in and out within 30 minutes. The hiring manager was very kind and just asked behavioral questions. "How do you work in a team"? "Why do you want to work here". Stuff like that
Long and boring. I met all of their requirements but they wouldn’t hire me. The interviewer was fake nice. But aleast she offered me a drink. I interviewed with them 4 times, all denied.
