The process took 2 months. I first had an initial call from HR. I then was invited for an interview with the Content Manager. It went well. Then, I had to do a test (HTML editing), the results were "great". HR called me saying how good everything looked and asked me to go again to the offices for a mere chat with the Director of Digital Commerce. Once at the office and before meeting her, HR came and literally told me "the job is yours". After talking to the Director, I left. I never got an answer from the company at all (after sending a couple of emails and calling). I understand there should be someone better for the role or maybe the director did not like me (got someone else in mind?) but the process was poorly managed by HR. They did not reply at all. Very unprofessional. A very unpleasant experience after all.
