Applied online through their portal. Then received an email a few days later requesting a phone interview and I booked a slot on the online portal. Phone interview was very relaxed and asked about my experience, languages spoken, how i deal with certain job situations etc. Basically CV based questions that I could talk about in more depth because it was verbal. As the interview finished I was invited to their Assessment Centre and there was a small group interview (6 of us roughly) and we did a few activities and presentations, talked about the company and then there was an individual interview immediately after. It was a great process and very well organised.
