The interview itself was standard for this role. It took place at their Head Office in Altona (VIC). There was a panel with the Building Manager, Construction Manager and the Work Relations Person. The interviewers where friendly and asked basic questions for the role. They mostly asked situational questions with some personal questions. They said recruitment would get back to applications, but with no time frame. Two weeks later nothing and after sending a follow up email, still nothing. Over a month later and after a linkedin message to the Work Relations person, still no respond or feedback. I do not mind not getting the job, but would have liked some feedback or at least some curtsy to reply.
