shambles contacted wrong person, took over 2 months for 5+ interviews even though I currently do same role, waste your time, don't bother to contact you. higher management didn't even know own area manager name or any of the managers, arrogant! knew nothing about field of work they work in.

Surprised but happy to note it was a very commercial driven interview which was different from what i expected in the health field. Focused on KPI's and got a feeling the Business had a great development and inclusive culture. Interview left me excited to join the business

The position was out on LinkedIn but I contacted someone I knew who then referred me to the designated person. I had an informal meeting with them to know more about the role after which they forwarded my CV to HR. This was followed by an HR interview and then an interview with the recruitment team.
