The first thing they had me do was a week long programming test - it was challenging, but not too difficult. Then, I had an interview with a recruiter, then an engineer, then the president of the company. They took some time to decide (~ 1 week), but they gave me an on-site interview. I had several interviews throughout the day. It was fun, but I didn't get an offer. They wanted me to have more experience under my belt, told me to reapply in a few months.
