It was a phone interview with the Hiring Manager and she was really nice. She was not scary and she was very interested in all the work that I had done before. Although I did not get the job, I appreciated the fact that she was prompt in responding to me with their decision.

It was an easy application process for me. I submitted my info online and received an email the next day regarding a phone interview inquiry. I didn't pass the phone interview unfortunately due to unrelated prior experience (and other candidates were a stronger suit). Something I appreciated TREMENDOUSLY, though, was how responsive the recruiter was!
