A number of video interviews with HR, hiring manager, other managers, and leadership. Each step along the way provided more information about the company, the role, and the market, and the ability to interact with a variety of roles other than the one I was interviewing for.

I was pre-screened by HR and then scheduled for multiple interviews with several management levels and a peer all via zoom, no face-to-face meetings were held but they did mention they could have me complete some of them in person.
