Seemed to be a good match, however the pay scale for the role was at rock bottom of market rate. Directed to take an online personality and aptitude test. (Note: Bullhorn will not share the results of the test, explain how the results are used to evaluate a candidate for a given role, or is restricted from sharing results with a third party.) A week later received an auto generated rejection e-mail. All in all, a very impersonal process. If you're seeking an interview experience that treats candidates with a human touch, I wouldn't recommend applying at Bullhorn.
