Phone interview 3/16 (after completing the Bullhorn assessment on 3/13) First Onsite interview 3/24 Second onsite interview 3/25 Offer sent and accepted 3/25 Overall it was a great interview process. There was a bit of lag time/response time in the beginning but once the onsites were scheduled and completed they moved very quickly which I really appreciated since I was on a very short timeline. They were very accommodating in terms of meeting deadlines and were very responsive. They weren’t afraid to move quickly if they felt it was the right fit which solidified that I had made the right choice wanting to work for Bullhorn, no games regarding salary requirements or long waiting period. Easy and painless when it came to the onsites. A little tedious with the assessments but understand it’s part of the screening process.
