It was more people-focused. Bullfrog wanted to understand how I could adapt or work with various roles and people. I was asked to present a proposed project. Part of their process was a group/comittee interview where various Bullfrog employees were present to ask questions that pertained to how their role would interact with mine--problem solving, organization skills, etc.
