The interview process started out with a call with a recruitment specialist to determine fit and interest level. From there, I had a phone interview with one of the managers to talk through my experience in a typical behavioral interview style. He also asked some questions about the software / technology industry to gauge my knowledge. I then made two trips into the Boston office over the next few weeks in order to meet with several of the Senior Associates and leadership. These interviews consisted of a mix of behavioral and cases. Bulger definitely emphasizes finding the right people that fit from both experience and cultural perspectives which is incredibly important in a small company. Throughout the process, I was in close contact with the recruitment specialist who coordinated interviews, conducted debriefs, and kept me informed. Overall, the interview process was thorough but very positive experience. I ended up receiving and accepting an offer.
