Standard interview steps and challenge. Very transparent overall and forthcoming with the process and what steps are involved. The recruiter was very professional and friendly, as was the hiring manager.

Applied online, and received an e-mail from their internal recruiter to schedule a phone interviewer. Like the Training Manager review, she called about 10 minutes late and made a lot of excuses, and did not have much to offer as far as expectations of the position and what I would be doing.
Phone interview ended with the expectation that a phone interview would take place with the hiring manager. Instead, she calls me back almost immediately to have me meet the hiring manager for coffee the same day, stating that she thinks I'm a good fit and what's me to get in front of the hiring manager before a decision is made.
I moved my schedule around to make this happen last minute, and had what I thought was a positive interview. The manager seemed a bit cocky about the position, stating it would be "the hardest thing I've ever done" and wanted people that were "super competitive." The chat ended stating that the recruiter would coordinate a time for me to meet the time at the office later that week.
Nearly two month's later I finally get a response stating the position was filled. The recruiter was not transparent with the hiring process and did not follow through with her end of the agreement. No feedback was given after several emails, texts, and voicemails until then. Very unprofessional.
They claim to be growing fast in an industry that is desperate for change, but beware upfront that they won't follow through with that they say.
