Had 2 separate in-person interviews- the first with a general employee and the second with a specific Senior Designer. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I was given a tour of the building after my second interview.

Two round interview process. Great opportunity to meet the team and hear about current and upcoming projects. Most of the firm works remotely which makes the whole process easier, you can interview from anywhere.
