Had an interview at Builder Depot recently - the interviewer was late and unapologetic, sat scrolling on his phone when I was asking questions about the workplace and generally made me feel very uncomfortable. He did have time to boast about how profit-orientated the company is though.
Interviews are an opportunity for employees to sell themselves but also for the company to sell itself.

Already felt nervous about the dreaded 'Do you have any questions for us?', this was made worse by the interviewer going on his phone and getting his colleague to answer.
