You had to answer questions from a panel of administrators. They had you choose between three topics to respond to. They ask you why you want to become a teacher. They ask you to describe how you would respond to a disruptive child in your classroom. They ask you about your classroom management style.

Principal wasn’t prepared but interviewed and gave me a tour. They asked if I was able to use appropriate behavior management techniques to support the classroom. Students were running through the hallway during my interview. School did not seem safe.
