J'ai postulé en personne. Le processus a pris 5 jours. J'ai passé un entretien chez Buffalo Exchange (Eugene, OR) en juin 2019
Entretien
Dropped off application to a manager, then was told to come back on a certain day at 3:00 pm for an interview. Met with a different manager for my interview which consisted of being asked questions about why I wanted to work there, what I knew about the company, and what my personal style was. Basically the usual job questions (like “describe one time you gave excellent or bad customer service”). Then came the rack test (they pulled up a rack of 10 or so clothes, and I had to say which ones I would buy vs not buy, and why). They then told me they would be “in touch”, and that they would “probably see me around town.”
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
They asked the general interview questions, and ones about my personal style and why I wanted to work there. The most throwing question for me was “what do you know about the company?”

The interview process was fairly simple and fun. Focused on customer service situations and fashion trends. Be prepared with some fashion terminology like necklines, fabrics, and silhouettes and how they are present in current trends.
