I applied via email after a job posting sent through my law school's career office. I interviewed with my judge over zoom, and then drove to Doylestown a few weeks later. After interviewing, I received an offer the following day.

Mostly, my judge was interested more in whether Doylestown, PA would be a good fit for me. He wasn't worried about my knowledge or quizzing me. He wanted to make sure that I wanted to work at a law firm later.
