It lasted about 20 mins they asked about my qualities and why I wanted the job. It was a typical interview and not difficult. I was referred to the company by a friend from submitting application to being hired was about a 2 week process

It was smooth. Casual 5 questions; strengths/weaknesses, why chose to work there, how deal with difficult customers, describe myself, how would I go above and beyond to help someone or better a situation
Easy and fun went well great managers and go workers great pay A good way to make fast and easy money Room for moving up to manager Not stressful work environment

Entretien
Happened quickly. I received a phone call within days of applying. I was invited in for an in person interview the following day. The physical interview was about 30-45 minutes and was a run down of expectations, duties, and scenarios.

Asked about my previous experiences. I was asked a few rapid fire math questions. Was I comfortable working under high volume situations. Was I able to be punctual? I was told if you are late three times you will be fired.
