Had initial interview with two managers. I was working for a company that in some ways was a competitor. They asked several questions about my current company’s operations that were not about me or my qualifications, but internal information. It was inappropriate and there were a couple questions I did not answer or talked around to avoid giving details. Never heard from them again until I got an auto-generated email declining me. It seemed as though they weren’t interested in me but just information.
