Applied for the Software Engineer role through LinkedIn. HR was quite prompt here to review my profile and schedule a telephonic interview immediately for the next day. Telephonic round was of medium difficulty with both me and the interviewer realizing that I had applied for the wrong role. The interviewer was kind enough to suggest a more relevant role (Data Analyst) for my profile, and connected me with the concerned HR. The second HR set up a telephonic round with a manager. This time the experience was slightly disappointing. I never received the call as per scheduled date/time, nor did it happen in the next few days after following up with the HR who said the manager has been busy and will call soon. By that time, I received an offer from elsewhere but was still keen on trying Browserstack. A week later, I tried contacting HR again on multiple counts, but he simply did not respond through emails or calls.
