Came across Brooksource at a campus career fair, I spoke with two of their reps and was told they would be contacting me about an info session and scheduling an interview. About a month later I received an e-mail saying they would like to set up an interview for about 2 weeks later. There was an information session with two local employees the night before which was helpful since they explained the position I was interviewing for and gave more insight into the company. They also provided a few tips for the interview including: "just have a good conversation." My interview was with the head of the office and lasted about a half an hour. It was actually a nice break in my day, the interviewer was incredibly friendly and we had a good conversation. I was invited to come into the office for a second round right at the end of my first interview.
