Submitted my resume through campus career website. The night before the first interview there was an information session with everyone who would be interviewing which was very informative. The first interview was very relaxed and lasted about 45 minutes consisting of mostly get to know you questions and questions about my resume. I interviewed with the director of the Austin office who then gave me his card and invited me to the Austin office for the next round and to meet more of the team there. During this round I interviewed with him again very briefly and then spent the rest of the time there shadowing and meeting the other people in the office. After this I was told to follow up with him the following Monday. I followed up Monday and was told a decision would be made in 2 weeks. Two weeks later I received a very vague email saying they did not have a position to fill in their office after all and they would be hiring no one new. I felt extremely mislead and disrespected. Why would you go to a campus and recruit for a role that does not even exist? Wasting three weeks of my time and money? Then when giving the bad news not even have the respect to call instead of writing an extremely vague email for which I had to ask for clarity. I was very excited about the opportunity to work for Brooksource, but the way the interview process ended left me with a very sour taste in my mouth and I am glad I did not end up there. While in the office I was told how Brooksource makes it a point when recruiting for their client companies to always call their candidates and personally tell them if they did not get the job. Clearly they do not care enough to do the same when hiring for their own company.
Few initial video screens and then an in office interview that lasts a few hours with the in market team. Whole process took less than a month with great communication from recruiter and team involved

3 rounds, quick phone introduction, then more in depth virtual round, and one longer final in person round. I was first approached at a job fair, then referred to an on campus in person round which transpired to a phone call and then a final in person round in my market.

Very easy, went well with the lady I spoke to. She emailed me after saying to watch videos / fill out a form, which I did, and replied with all the necessary materials she needed. I emailed once again and never got a reply. Waste of time and unprofessional if you aren't going to ever reply to people taking the time to interview
