As a recruiter themselves, it wasnt a surprise to find that brookstreet recruit consultants internally. Expect prompt communication although personally I felt disposable as a candidate with a lack of clarity about the interview date. The interviewer was expecting my interview via video and was surprised to see me onsite.

Two video calls, the first with the area manager and the second with the area manger and team leader. Both were quite informal and friendly. A lot of information was given about the set up of the company and the expectations of the role.

the interview process includes 3 stages, first is a phone call interview then a face to face anc skyping with the area manager and then lastly a presentation is needed to present to branch manager and area manager.
