The interview process was opaque and had very little communication. The interview with a senior manager involved basically no questions for me and I was forced to lead the entire interview myself. Afterwards I was informed they were going with someone else with no feedback. Not sure why they even offered the interview because they showed no interest during our conversation and it ended up being a waste of time.
