The interview process was the best I’ve had in a very long time. Coordinators were consistently communicating in advance, were responsive to my conflicts and very very positive and friendly. My interviewers were prepared and cared to spend meaningful time with me - asking probing questions and ideated with me, they were not just drilling down into my resume. The process felt more like conversations than rounds of being audited. Interview times were remote, not too lengthy and the number of rounds were appropriate, they were sure to connect me with the right people that I would interact with in the role as a way to begin building a meaningful relationship. All in all - wonderful process and worth every moment of my preparation. Would recommend Broadridge to anyone in their field.
