I met with 2 managers; I was asked good business related questions. I was accurately advised of the process, next steps and when I would hear back. The questions were directly related to what I had done previously. It was explained to me what Broadridge was intending to do, what business was being expanded to open up this position, etc. At the end of the interview I felt good about how I would fit in with the company culture and environment and the team I would be working with. The overall process was efficient and positive.
