Phone Interview: Asked a few questions related to my resume, why I'm interested in the position, and set a time for an in person interview. In Person Interview: Did an office tour and encouraged to ask questions. Afterwards it was questions about what kind of office environment I expect to work in and it seemed like they were looking for personality fit more than experience.
