The HR team initially contacted/recruited me to interview for an opening. Net-net, we scheduled (& confirmed) several meetings, and the point of contact was a no-show to them all, in addition to being slow or 100% unresponsive when following up on her no-shows. I was unsure why they bothered to contact me if there wasn't any intent to speak. It's a competitive market right now; encourage your HR teams to be respectful of people's time & remember that people's livelihoods are at stake. That said, their actions reflected their level of professionalism and the culture Britive is creating/tolerating. FIVE months later, the role is still open—that's telling.
