The process was very quick. I submitted my application, then within the next few days I was invited for a quick phone call where they just asked me about my experience and why I wanted to work in HR. Then I was invited for an interview the following week for which they gave the questions beforehand. By the end of the week they called me to tell me if I got the job or not. I didn't get the offer but they gave good feedback.
