The interviewer was friendly, but lack of professionalism. She seemed to care more about my work permit rather than asking me about teaching, which is a red flag for me as schools that are serious usually ask about all fields. She didn't bother asking me my professional views. She just cared whether or not I would accept the job right away and that usually indicates on the teachers turnover and reasons may be underlying. I accepted the job at first as I felt intimidated, but after the interview and the numbers of time she changed the schedule and hours in emails, I decided it was not worth it and turned it down. Usually, proper schools give me 3 days to think about it before offering me the job. Also, they didn't mention in their job ad that I would need a certain exam which I didn't have, so I felt I wasted my time by applying as I had no interest in taking the exam that would cost me time and money.
