J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez British Red Cross (Londres, Angleterre) en janv. 2016
Entretien
I didnt have to do a formal interview with British Red Cross. I already knew someone, so I basically got the volunteer position. Try to network and get to know someone within the organization in order to get the job. It seems like you have to start at the bottom in order to advance in the organization.

Friendly, informal interview, with lots of room for asking questions. The process was casual and the the interviewer was very open about the role and what the expectations of the company's volunteers is.
Quick Phone Call - Basic questions asked about team work, communication skills, the company, understanding what Gift Aid is, etc. Simple process, hours asked, availability, DBS check is completed after application accepted.
I did it through the school I was attending, I was asked questions and I answered them correctly. overall it was a good experience and I would definitely do it again
