Applied online and interviewed in-person in Manchester. I found the interview content very easy and underwhelming. British Cycling's senior physiologist, Dave Green, has been there for years but seems to be holding British Cycling back rather than elevating GB cyclists. I found Dave Green to be rude and unfriendly, potentially discriminatory. Very poor experience.
