You get an offer, get told the competencies and behaviors they are looking for, and get a panel interview. Follow up within a month of the interview. The style is competency based 'tell us about a time when' type interview, with some questions about certain types of lessons you've taught.

When I applied there were physical people in HR in Singapore. Now HR is a portal. You have to do a timed video interview with set questions. If you get through that you will be interviewed by real people.
