You will be given a group task. Find a balance between taking part in the conversation but not taking the lead. It's about your interaction, not solving the problem. A girl in our group was really bossy and said 'come on guys, we have 5 minutes left to get this done' I noticed she was sent home before the 1-1 interviews.
There is an individual roleplay whereby the interviewer acted as a difficult customer. This wasn't as bad as it sounds and this part doesn't last long. Just think customer service, polite and apologetic and try to offer a solution (you are not expected to know BA processes)
After this is the 1-1 interview and it is a lot about your past experiences workwise and how you reacted to situations so come prepared with examples in mind. I was interviewed by 2 people and they were both really nice and made the interview pretty comfortable.

Entretien
The interview process was quite straight forward. Contrary to a few other reviews about BA only accepting blondes, ladies with a face full of make-up, who comes to the interview dressed like a cabin crew; BA accepts others who are the opposite of the mentioned attributes. My advice is to go smartly dressed, hair neat and tidy and just be yourself and some research of the company helps.
