Please don't let any of the reviews on here put you off because it nearly did for me! I'm not going to repeat the same thing that everyone has said on here about the process but just a short overview and some tips: - At first you with wait in a room with everyone else they provide you with tea and coffee (tips, talk to people! be nice and smile haha. - Next group interviews (tips, don't be over dominate, include everyone find out what their ideas are etc) - Role Play (ngl this was the worst, but just remember they will try to make you feel uncomfortable they are just testing you how you deal with it, the scenario is usually about a customer complaining. - Then if you get through to this you have the 1 to 1 interviews (tips: be nice and confident try to think of some scenarios regarding to customer service! :) Don't let the reviews on here put you off, I was sooo close to not even going to the interview because what I read on the internet! You don't need to wear heels or have you hair in a bun (someone who was dressed exactly like a cabin crew member didn't get through to the interview stage) just dress smart eg skirt and top.

I applied on January for the cabin crew talent pool (Heathrow), received an email 4 months later to complete the online assessment, I'm now waiting for their response. The assessment was fairly easy, you just have to remember their company values.
