I was referred by my aunt's friend. So when I went to the office, I got interviewed by the General Manager, she asked me few questions and after that she sent me to the HR office to get my requirements and told me to go back to her if I have all my requirements.

Very supportive environment and interview. It started with them explaining who they are and what they do. They then moved onto asking questions about strengths, weaknesses and motivations. Good experience.

online test followed by online video interview, following this there was an assessment centre. The assessment centre consisted on a role playing exercise, group exercise and interview. The assessment centre took a day to complete.
