After applying to the programme I received an e-mail to take a numerical, logical, verbal and judgemental test. After a couple of weeks I sat a Skype interview and after a month I was invited to attend an assessment day in their HQ by Heathrow. During the day I underwent a group task, an individual interview (presentation and motivation) and a final exercise where they tested candidates' numerical and logical skills. In 15 working days they provided the results but they did not offer any feedback which is really unpleasant since it is important to understand where to focus yourself to improve and deliver better interviews. Furthermore, they did not provide any travel refund.
