1. Recruiter sent me an IKM test to complete 2. Skype interview with one manager who clearly had no knowledge of Java. He seemed to have been forced to interview me as he constantly reminded me that he was not a Java guy and that someone else was supposed to interview me instead. 3. Interviewed with 2 of their clients I turned down the offer because it had a restriction of trade clause i.e I could not work for any of their competitors or clients for 12 months after I left Britehouse and in the whole interviewing process, I did not come across anyone from Britehouse competent in Java
