I applied online and was contacted within a couple of days for a phone screening. A week later, I was offered a panel interview; everyone was friendly and genuine. Approximately a week after the panel interview, I was offered the position and accepted. Pre-employment screening consisted of a drug test, academic & employment verification, & background check, which took about 2 weeks. Be prepared to provide detailed documentation to the third-party background screening company.
