Interview with the head of HR, in person: similar questions as per the telephone interview, but more in details: Can you briefly introduce yourself? What do you know about our company? What can you bring to the organisation? What are you major accomplishments? What are your strengths / weaknesses? Note: no technical questions at this stage. If successful, you will be asked to stay longer to complete a simple numeracy/literacy/chemistry test and meet the QC general manager.

Interview with the QC general manager, in person: only technical questions at this stage: You will be asked to outline your professional experience and then the conversation will mainly converge on HPLC analysis, with questions on HPLC method development and validation. Possible questions on this subject: What is the purpose of HPLC analysis? What are the components of a HPLC system and how do they work? How do you approach HPLC method development? What parameters would you consider in HPLC method validation?
