At the start it's like good good. But in just 4-5 months you realize it's your big mistake to select this company. They never allow you to grow. Never allow you to apply even in the internal job opening. And the worst part is notice period they treat you like no one. Even increment ratio is very poor even there are so many years you'll find yourself in least package.

Entretien
Interview process was smooth and fast but they released the offer like 2 days before the joining date. There were two rounds 1st was completely technical and 2nd round was technical plus manager plus HR. Worst part was in call they agreed for A amount and in offer letter they have given B which which os less than A.

It was easy and informative, a few technical questions were asked. They informed about the role we were being hired for expectations and shift etc. A few HR questions were asked and a few supply chain related questions were asked.
