First HR calls me and schedules my interview, before coming to interview I asked if they are going to have all the rounds or not as for this interview I have planned my leave and on the day of interview they take only one round. Which I feel is very unprofessional. So this round I m through, now for second round HR said She will call me and its been long I m calling on her extension and sending eamils but No response. This the really unprofessional behaviour and not responding to emails or calls what are they trying to prove.
