Went through a vigorous interview process. At least 6 interviews (panel and 1:1 with C-suite), had to present a case study to the entire hiring team. Easily invested 20 hours in the interview process. Then was totally ghosted by the recruiter and hiring manager. Only after repeated follow-up did I get a quick heartless - "We have chosen another candidate". If you ask so much of a candidate - common courtesy is the absolute minimum.
