They asked me a couple of questions like what would I do in a certain situation and what would you say to a residents if they asked you this. It was a group interview which I did not like.

They had multiple candidates in a Zoom Call and asked questions that we were all given the opportunity to answer. We got to speak out loud, of our own choice.

It was a group interview with two other people being interviewed and two current employees conducting interviews. They asked one question at a time and everyone would answer before moving on to the next.
