Got an email response back from my on-line application. Next step was to complete a two-part personality evaluation test on-line. First part was characteristics that people expect of you and the second part was characteristics that describe you. Then a telephone interview with human resources was scheduled. She was pleasant but clearly just reading down a list of standard questions. We were on the phone for about 40 minutes.
