First meeting was with an outside recruiter over the phone. Second meeting was virtual with the owner/CEO. Third meeting was in person, met the owner in person and then met the hiring manager.

I was asked about overall work ethic, style of working, willingness to be in the office full time, technical skills were talked about but not the focus. It was clear from my resume that I was qualified.
