Applied October 2015. Interviewed a week later. Very casual interview met with HR director and Operations Manager. Provided information on what the job entails and the stress that come along with the position. They asked questions about my previous experience with working with the intellectually disabled population and my comfort with working within the population. They asked about my management experience and how much time i would need to give notice if offered a position. Process in still in progress.

The Admin ask you some basic questions about yourself. Then, tells you how much work there is involved and complains about past employees, Then, she asked me about my experience and how I will manage workload if I am hired. Talked about the companies transition and how things are going to be difficult.
