I applied after meeting them at a college career fair, and soon got a phone interview with the HR person. I got through that, and was invited to do an onsite interview. The onsite interview was a day-long interview. I had to talk to many different people from the company, starting with general tell me about yourself type interview, and then onto a technical interview.
