After applying, received an email that asked typical questions that would be asked on a phone screen. After completing the questions, a week later a phone interview where was asked 4 standard questions, including how would past 5 bosses rate you which felt like a very odd question. the next day was invited to an in-person interview. overall the questions were hard, and the communication between Bright Pink and myself was very sparse, there were very few details about who I would be talking with/meeting with or what to expect, or even how long the interviews would be.
